Born in 1954, Mogilev Education Mogilev Mechanical-Engineering Institute, Belarusian Non-State Law Institute, Russian Customs Academy Career worker at Mogilevstroi, deputy director of GAP-6 of Belmagistralavtotrans. In 1993 was promoted from the post of aide to Chairman of the Mogilev oblast council of deputies to chief of the Mogilev customs house. Since November 2006 – Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Born in Minsk, 1972 Education Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy, 1994; Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 2002. Career joined the Customs Service in December 1995 as an inspector first category of the infrastructure group of the SCC customs control department; was promoted to a position of an aide of the SCC Chairman – the head of the organizational and inspector office of the SCC Organizational-Inspector Department. In April 2003 was appointed chief of the Customs Office Minsk-2; in May 2004 was named head of the customs control department of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
In February 2008 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. |

Born in the village of Zastorinye, the Chashniki region, Vitebsk oblast, 1954. Education South-West Extramural Polytechnic Institute, 1981; the USSR KGB training courses, 1985; Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 1999. Career took part in construction of electric power stations in Leningrad in 1974-1981. Held posts in Young Communist League from 1981. Joined the state security bodies in 1983 as an operative; was promoted to the position of the senior operative of the Lepel regional department and the BSSR KGB administration for the Vitebsk oblast. Held the positions of the head of the Lepel regional department, the deputy head of the department, the deputy head of the service, the head of the department of the KGB administration for the Vitebsk oblast of the Republic of Belarus. In 1996 was appointed deputy head of the KGB administration for Vitebsk oblast. Was named head of the KGB Administration in 2001, KGB First Deputy Chairman in 2005.
