During the November holidays, Belarusian customs officers released 40% more regular buses than during the same period of the previous week. The number of buses exceeded 4 thousand. There were 40-50 passengers on each bus.
This weekend travelersmainly crossed the Belarusian-Ukrainian and Belarusian-Polish borders.
So, at Novaya Guta checkpoint during peak periods officers released up to 150 buses per day, at Brest checkpoint on November 10 - up to 220 buses.
The flow of cars has also increased significantly. Over the five days of last week, the number of cars amounted to 88 thousand, while over the same period of the previous week it exceeded 73 thousand cars.
