During the inspection of the truck of the Russian company, customs officers found more than 20 tons of pears, hidden behind a false wall instead of the declared cosmetics. A fake seal and documents were used during transportation (video)

Employees of the Operational customs established illegal movement to the territory of the Russian Federation of more than 20 tons of pears of Polish production worth almost 35 thousand Belarusian rubles.

In a VOLVO truck with a semi-trailer container, the movement of which was suspended by operatives on the m-1/E30 highway, according to documents, cosmetics, textile and linen products, terry towels were allegedly transported. The shipper was one of the Belarusian enterprises, the recipient was a Russian company. In fact, the truck was moving 20.5 tons of Polish fresh pears. And they were hidden behind a false wall of thermal insulation plates.

In the future, customs officers also found that the cargo compartment of the car was sealed with a fake identification tool. It turned out that the documents for the goods are fake, which was confirmed by the Belarusian company that is allegedly the sender: it has nothing to do with this product.

On the fact of illegal transportation of pears, the Operational customs started an administrative process in accordance with part 4 of article 12.17 of the administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.

It is also checked in accordance with paragraph 3 of part 1 of article 174 of the criminal procedure code of the Republic of Belarus on the grounds of a crime under article 380 of the criminal code of the Republic of Belarus.
