About 77,000 tons of essential goods going to and through our country are registered by Belarusian customs officers as a priority
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the customs authorities have created all the necessary conditions for the smooth and rapid passage of essential goods through the Belarusian border, both imported into the country and passing through it in transit.
Since the beginning of April, Belarusian customs officials have already issued about 77 thousand tons of food and medical supplies as a priority. This amounted to about 10.3 thousand cargo vehicles.
Every day customs officers process more than 4 thousand tons of essential goods.
Priority clearance is carried out for both imported and transit goods: today 40 % of such goods are designed for domestic consumption, 60 % have passed through transit to the EEU countries and other countries.
